Account Executive – Marketing Through Music & Film.

We are looking for highly motivated and specialized Account Executives to join our team.  We are offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced creative marketing environment, in which you are constantly learning and adapting to client’s needs within a wide range of industries.  Working with both local and global brands, we offer one of the most highly competitive uncapped sub-contractor commission based structures in the market.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prospect clients and generate new business through outside sales calls
• Apply your interpersonal and client service skills to retain current business while continually fostering  positive client relationships
• Utilize your expertise and out of the box creative ideas to provide unique marketing solutions to your clients, and your executive team
• Present marketing/creative solutions to businesses and clearly demonstrate how PlanIt Sound’s customized creative can aid them in achieving their marketing objectives
• Prepare weekly sales and revenue reports as well as other ad-hoc sales activity documentation
• Contribute to fiscal goals through attaining budgeted revenue targets
• Manage the entire creative process from the sale, to creative production and delivery, to ongoing maintaining and building of client relationships

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing; intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and possess a college or university degree or diploma, in advertising and or marketing, or related field.  In addition, the demonstrated ability to achieve identified sales targets and effectively negotiate is required.  Strong organizational, written and presentation skills and the ability to overcome objections are a must in this highly competitive Account Executive environment.
